CompleteAI Academy

AI training built for your business. Not businesses like yours. Tailored for the attendees in the room.

A four-hour, on-site training day built around your tools, your roles and your industry — with an AI assistant your team can keep asking for 30 days afterwards. Never more than 30 days out of date.

You’ve seen the other kind

Someone runs a lunchtime AI demo. Everyone nods. Three weeks later two people are using ChatGPT to write emails and the rest have quietly gone back to normal.

The problem was never your team. It is that generic training, built on made-up examples, does not survive contact with a real Tuesday.

And there is a second problem underneath it. AI tools change every week. Most training does not change at all — so it is out of date before the invoice clears.

Those are the two things this is built to fix.

How it works

Three steps. A questionnaire before the day, four hours in the room, thirty days of not being left alone with it.

1. Discovery

Before the training
  • Complete one questionnaire about your business, tools and people
  • Review of your current AI policy
  • Training built from the questionnaire — tailored to the tools you use, your industry, the roles in the room and the AI knowledge already there
  • Every demo on the day uses your products, with breakout sessions for different roles
  • Every exercise is a task someone actually did last week

2. Four hours, on your site

Up to 15 people
  • Foundations everyone needs
  • Overview of your current AI policy
  • Hands-on with the AI tools you already pay for
  • Breakouts by role — sales, ops, finance, marketing, admin, leadership
  • Everyone leaves with one named habit and a prompt pack for their exact job

3. Thirty days of support

After the session
  • An AI assistant that knows both the course and your company
  • Questions at 9pm on a Tuesday still get answered
  • Your managers get the 30-day adoption playbook

What’s in the room

Three layers in one day, so nobody sits through material that is not theirs.

Core

What everyone needs

How the tools actually work — and why they sometimes do not. What is safe to put in, what is not, and where your obligations sit. The briefing formula that turns a vague request into a usable answer.

Platform

The tools you already licence

Hands-on with Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini — whichever ones you pay for. We are vendor-neutral: the session is built around your stack, not around what we would prefer to sell you.

Role breakouts

Split by what people actually do

Sales, ops, finance, marketing, admin and leadership each work their own real tasks. A finance person and a marketer should not leave with the same prompts, because they do not have the same week.

Every person leaves with
  • A printed workbook they have actually written in
  • A prompt pack for their specific role
  • One named habit to run for the next 30 days
  • Access to the assistant that knows the course and the company

A complete curriculum, tailored to you

The curriculum, the workbook, the run sheet and the role packs are written. We then customise them to your requirements — your tools, your industry, and the roles that will be in the room.

The currency guarantee

Your training is never more than 30 days out of date.

AI tools change weekly. We monitor every major release and test it against the material. Most releases do not touch the curriculum — when one does, we flag exactly which parts it affects and update them within 30 days.

Ask anyone else offering AI training to put that in writing.

Run this for your members, clients or students

For associations, industry bodies, RTOs and accounting firms who need to put credible, current AI training in front of the people they look after — without building it themselves.

Associations and industry bodies

Deliver it as a member benefit or a paid program. Tailored to your industry, not adapted from a generic course.

RTOs and training providers

A current, maintained AI module that sits alongside what you already deliver, with the currency guarantee behind it.

Accounting and advisory firms

Run it for your client base as a value-add, or internally for your own team first.

Pricing

Published, so you can decide whether to have the conversation.

Questions people actually ask

Do we need to be “techy”?

No. It is built for beginners, and a pre-session survey tells us where the room actually sits so the day is pitched correctly.

Which AI tools do you teach?

The ones you licence — Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini. We are vendor-neutral. If you are already paying for something, that is what we teach.

What about our data? Is this safe?

There is a safety module in every session covering what is safe to put in and what is not. If you do not already have an AI policy, you leave with a starter one.

Can you train different departments differently?

That is the whole point. Role breakouts are standard, not an upsell.

What if AI changes next month?

Then the curriculum changes with it. That is the currency guarantee — never more than 30 days out of date.
